This neighborhood bar is one of the original rejuvenators of the West End locale known as the “West End Mill Works.” With its funky vibe and excellent beer, it’s a true staple in town.

We LOVE their beer, which you can buy at local bottle shops, too. Plus, they offer fabulous cocktails. For a great night out, grab dinner at The Porch (in the same area) and then spend a few hours at Hoots afterwards. (They also have a satellite location downtown on Trade Street!)
