West Salem

Originally created with farmsteads for the Old Salem settlement, West Salem now has become a beehive of community growth. With modestly-sized houses on pretty lots, there is a peace to West Salem that exudes from the many well-kept gardens. Shops are starting to pop up in West Salem, aided by the new pedestrian bridge that crosses Salem Parkway into downtown.
